Design and construction of single storey, hipped pitched roof to the rear of the property forming new dining and utility rooms, and including the demolition of existing Conservatory and garage structures and floor slabs.

Traditionally constructed, the dining room benefits from a vaulted ceiling and rooflight detail, and the Utility is fully fitted out with wall and base units, work top, sink, laundry airier, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge.

In addition to the extension, the existing living areas have had a new oak engineered floor boarding and MDF skirting fitted, and the upstairs bathroom has been stripped out, retiled and re-installed.
