Design and construction of a single storey hipped pitched roof extension to the rear of the property forming a rear porch, larger kitchen space and separate living area.

Due to poor ground conditions, the foundations had to be re designed and a reinforced concrete raft installed.  Plumbing and electrical services were installed in the new kitchen, along with under floor heating and ceramic floor tiles.

In addition to the extension, the rest of the house had fascias and bargeboards repaired and overlaid, rain water goods renewed and replacement windows fitted.

A previously completed garage conversion also had regularisation works carried out and building control approval was obtained.
